Simple Gluten Free Weekly Menu 7/16

Our Simple Gluten Free Weekly Menu. You can check out our family’s $100 Budget Weekly Menu here. These are the adjustments we make for my daughter with a wheat allergy (still within the $100 budget). Click each purple link for the recipe or product we use! 

 

BREAKFAST

Egg and Cheese Bagel (Udis Gluten Free Bagel)

Chex Cereal with milk

Homemade waffleshomemade waffle syrup

Oatmeal (Bob’s Red Mill Gluten Free Whole Grain Rolled Oats) with cinnamon and raisins

Scrambled eggs

Cheese toast, banana x2 (Udi’s Gluten Free Bread)

 

 

LUNCH

Very Blueberry Smoothie, popcorn

Chic-fil-A FREE food (check restaurant nutritional guide for gluten free info)

Nachos, avocado slices

Turkey Lettuce Wrap, pickle

Ham and Cream Cheese Rollup, green pepper slices

PBJ (Udi’s Gluten Free Bread), carrots and ranch dressing

Leftovers

 

DINNER

Salad with Italian Chicken (marinate chicken breast strips in DIY Italian dressing and saute)

Chic-fil-A FREE food (yes, we went twice!)

BBQ chicken, steamed broccoli and cauliflower

Hot Dogs, baked beans

Pepper Jack Burgers, chips

Easy Chicken Enchiladas (made with corn tortillas), rice, steamed green beans

Taco Bowls (Beantastic Taco Meat, corn chips, lettuce, tomato, avocado)

I hope you like it Melinda. My daughter is accustomed to the way gluten free products taste, so she likes it a little better than I do, but add syrup and butter and you can’t tell the difference. :)
