Our Simple Gluten Free Weekly Menu. You can check out our family’s $100 Budget Weekly Menu here. These are the adjustments we make for my daughter with a wheat allergy (still within the $100 budget)  Click each purple link for the recipe or product we use! 

 

 

BREAKFAST

Homemade waffleshomemade waffle syrup

Egg and Cheese Bagel (Udi’s Gluten Free Bagel)

Chex Cereal with milk x3

Scrambled Eggs, orange slices

Cheese toast (Udi’s Gluten Free Bread), cantaloupe slices

 

LUNCH

Salad with rotisserie chicken

Turkey Lettuce Wrap, pickle x2

Ham & Swiss Sandwich (Udi’s Gluten Free Bread), baby carrots and celery with ranch dressing

Apple Sandwiches

Nachos, orange slices x2

 

 DINNER

(super easy meals because we have a busy week)

Turkey Pepper Jack Grilled Cheese (Udi’s Gluten Free Bread), cantaloupe slices

Hot Dogs, baked beans

Jovial Gluten Free Pasta with sauce, romaine salad

Cheese Quesadillas (corn tortillas), green pepper slices

Homemade  pizza (Udi’s Gluten Free Pizza Crust), romaine salad (check out our alternative GF pizza crust recipe here)

Greek Salad (rotisserie chicken, black olive slices, feta cheese, Greek salad dressing)

Dinner with Friends
