Our Simple Gluten Free Weekly Menu. You can check out our family’s $100 Budget Weekly Menu here. These are the adjustments we make for my daughter with a wheat allergy:

BREAKFAST

Veggie Breakfast Scramble, orange slices

Bagels with cream cheese

Chex Cereal with milk

Cheese toast (Udi’s GF bread), applesauce

Oatmeal with cinnamon and raisins x2 (Bob’s Red Mill Gluten Free Whole Grain Rolled Oats)

Yogurt, strawberries

 

LUNCH

Turkey Pepper Jack Grilled Cheese, green pepper slices

Corn chips with melted cheese, cucumber slices

Salami slices, Pepper Jack cheese slices, black olives

Chebe Pizza

Apple slices with peanut butter, celery with ranch dressing

Turkey Lettuce Wrap, pickles

Banana Berry Smoothie, popcorn

 

DINNER

Pepper Jack Bacon Burgers, home fried potatoes

Beef Roast, mashed potatoes, steamed broccoli and cauliflower

Scrambled eggs with ham and green pepper, orange slices

Potato Soup, garlic toast (Udi’s GF bread)

Chicken Enchiladas (corn tortillas), steamed green beans

Garlic Shrimp Pasta (Jovial Organic GF Pasta–read our review here), sugar snap peas

BBQ Chicken and Black Bean Tostados, rice
