I found these cute candy lip balms and nail polishes in my Walmart after Christmas Clearance. The bottles of candy scented nail polish with cute little heart shaped nail files were $.25 each and the six packs of lip balm were $1.25 or $.21 each.
I combined them with some candy I bought at the after Halloween clearance and some ribbon I bought on sale to make these fun gift bags for my daughter’s friends. They look really cute , but cost less than a $1.00! (They would also make great birthday gift treat bags.)
