I found coconut flour (great for gluten free baking) for around $1.00/lb. It sells for $5.00/lb on Amazon, so this was a steal! I can’t wait to bake up some gluten free goodies for my daughter.
I’m also way under budget for the month, which makes two months in a row! I’ll post our menu for the week on Monday when I return home.
