$100 Budget Weekly Menu

Here’s our $100 Budget Weekly Menu (for six people including three teens and a ten year old who eats like one!).  Print your own menu planner form here.

*Previously purchased and in the pantry, fridge or freezer.

 

BREAKFAST

Organic yogurt, fresh blueberries

Waffles*, sausage links*

Cereal* with milk x2

Egg and Cheese Bagel*

Cheese toast*, banana

Oatmeal*


LUNCH

Ham and cream cheese rollups, carrots* with ranch dressing*

Nachos*, avocado slices

Peach Mango Smoothie*, popcorn*

PBJ, canned peaches*

Quesadillas, green pepper strips

Turkey sandwich, pickles*

Apple slices with peanut butter and raisins*


DINNER

Steak and Peppers, cucumber and tomato salad, rice*

Quiche (carry over from last week), fresh strawberries and whipped cream*

London Broil*, mashed potatoes*, steamed green beans* with butter

Chicken Quesadillas, Black Bean and Corn Salsa (beans previously purchased)

Pasta* with sauce*, garden salad

Hot dogs, baked beans*

Italian Chicken served over romaine salad
(marinate chicken in Italian Salad Dressing and saute.)
