BREAKFAST

French Toast*, sausage links*

Cereal w/ milk  x2

Cheese Toast*, applesauce*

Scrambled eggs, toast

Chic-Fil-A Chicken Biscuit (FREE Biscuit Day in our area)


LUNCH

Ham and Cream Cheese* Rollup, chips

PBJ*, apple* slices x2

Ham sandwich, celery sticks*, ranch dressing*

Nachos*

Quesadillas, canned peaches*

Turkey* sandwich, green pepper slices*

DINNER

London Broil, French Fries

Chili (ground beef*, onions*, kidney beans, canned tomatoes)

Black Beans (recipe here), rice

Crock Pot Roast Beef, mashed potatoes*, green beans

Chicken* quesadillas, corn

Breakfast for dinner: Fried eggs and bacon

Tomato soup, grilled cheese sandwiches
