Do you have a relationship with God?
God is your Heavenly Father.
He is not like any earthly father (no matter how good or bad your earthly father is or was!). He is kind, loving and patient. In fact, the Bible says in I John 4:8 that God IS love.
God loves you so much in fact, that He wants to be with you forever and He made a way for you to have relationship with Him.
Jesus says in John 10:11, “I am the good shepherd. The good shepherd gives His life for the sheep.” Jesus who was perfectly sinless died as a sacrifice for you and for me. He paid the price, took all the punishment that we deserve so that we can have relationship with God now and forever.
You simply need to confess (agree with God that you have done wrong), receive Jesus’ sacrifice for you and God’s forgiveness and turn control of your life completely over to God (God the Father, Jesus the Son and the Holy Spirit.)
Did you know that you can hear God’s voice?
Reading the Bible is one way that you can learn to hear God speaking to you, but you can also hear His still small voice in your spirit.
John 10:27 says,”My sheep hear My voice, and I know them, and they follow Me.”
Ask God to speak to you through His Word (the Bible) and through the Holy Spirit.
