Hey there Kimberlee, Just stopped by to check out your GF recipes. I think I’m about to go gluten free and see what happens in my body. Some symptoms have come back in my ankles and I know the Dr. will want to give me prednisone so I’m going to try and see if going GF helps. Any tips on just getting started with removing the wheat/gluten from my diet???

Hi Jenny! Here is a list of naturally gluten free foods: http://thepeacefulmom.com/naturally-gluten-free-foods/. I would start with eating basic foods like meat, fruit and veggies and adding a few products that are labeled GF to help with the budget. We like Udi’s gluten free bread and try to purchase it with a coupon when we can. I post gluten free coupons at least once a week, so if you subscribe you can get those right in your inbox, plus our gluten free recipes. Hope that helps. Let me know if you need anything else. :)
